Employee Spotlight

Pamarco wants to show people that we value our employees just as much as we value our customers. The purpose of our Employee Spotlight is to recognize loyal employees and establish a stronger connection between them and our customers.

Name: Tiffany Mora

What is your role at Pamarco?
After working as support for technical sales representatives for two years, I recently moved into the position of Production Manager at our La Palma facility.

How long have you been with Pamarco?
I’ve worked at Pamarco for two and a half years.

Tell us about yourself (age, education, hometown, pets, kids, hobbies):tiffany-mora-min

I am 28 years old. I graduated in 2013 with my Bachelors in Sociology. I am currently working to complete my Masters in Christian Apologetics at Biola University. What exactly is Christian Apologetics? It is the ability to give a reasonable defense for the truth of Christianity. With this degree I hope to help others by answering any questions they may have regarding Christianity.

My parents moved our family to Walnut, CA when I was in grade school. I still reside there today. In fact, it was in this small town that I met the man who is now my fiancé. Together we enjoy the outdoors – camping and hiking trials located within our country’s beautiful National Parks and beyond.

What is your favorite thing about working at Pamarco?
I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it: my favorite thing about working at Pamarco is the people with whom I work. We are a team. I imagine that, one day down the road, I will fondly refer to them as “family.”
Now that I find myself within this new position, I do thoroughly enjoy learning the ends and outs of Pamarco’s process. It is my hope that I can one day help find creative solutions that will not only better that process, but will benefit each of my coworkers.

What is your favorite quote?
I have many. In fact, I have a whole notebook full and I continue to jot more in what is now my second Quote Book. At the moment, the one I would share is this:

“Character is that which you sow in seasons when it doesn’t matter, so that you can reap in seasons when it does.”

What is your favorite movie and/or book?
It is difficult to say that I have one favorite. There are many books and movies I find myself rereading or watching. Of books, I have long enjoyed the stories from C.S. Lewis, such as The Great Divorce. Of movies, the first that comes to mind is a classic – Dumb & Dumber.
