With a career spanning twenty two years in the rubber roll business, together with a focus on quality management, he brings a wealth of experience to his new technical role.
Madison stated, “One of Ron’s many assets is his ability to focus on the customer by understanding their challenges, this gives him the distinctive ability to provide solutions that build customer trust. His primary responsibility will be to support the sales and dealer network, to ensure our customers get the very best out of our products. He clearly understands the needs of our customer base, and has the capability to provide the superior level of service our customers expect.”
